How can I pay?
We currently accept online payments via Visa and Mastercard. At special requests, we also accept payment orders via bank transfer.
Do I receive an invoice?
You can download your invoices from your ThinkOut profile. On special requests, we can send them to you via email.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we don't hold you to contracts or long-term commitments! We are a complete pay-as-you-go service. If you decide to cancel, you will not be billed again.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. You just have to visit the Billing section and you will be presented with your options.
Is it safe to pay online?
We do not store any credit card details on our servers. For security reasons, we use Stripe as a payment processor, one of the most used platforms worldwide.
